Troubleshooting Tips

1. Session Time-out Error

Transact is a database driven site and requires a user to be logged in creating a session. This session will time out due to inactivity requiring you to re-log on. An error message such as "Element CLASS is undefined in SESSION" will be shown in the error diagnostics at the foot of this page. If you think this is the cause, please return to the log in by following the link below and re-enter the application.

Registered User | Guest User

Important ! You can only bookmark (put in favourites) the above log in pages - other pages will create this error because they require information on choices you have sent to the database after your previous login.

2. Validation errors

Another common reason is a validation error. If this is the case follow the link below or use the back button on the browser to return to the previous page and re-enter the data.
