Transact© - an Issue Level Application

issue level - the level where goods or services are delivered to the final user (consumer) of those goods and services

Transact© consists of two modules and a system management module:

Module Description
Issue Issue of products or services to employees
Request Requisitions to internal store or to external supplier controlled by policy
System Manager System Management

Future development plans includes Book - Management of Training course booking and records by employee, Maintain - Maintenance of employee or departmental issued items, and Rental - Control of employee issued rented items - e.g Workwear.

Transact© is designed to interface with existing Accounting and HR systems providing standard processes which are policy driven and/or have a record keeping requirement.

Provision is as a web delivered service which brings Transact© to every desktop with a web browser.

To view a Transact© site, enter the Airbus UK Health & Safety Site developed in conjunction with Airbus UK Procurement and H&S departments by Charles Prossor - their Health and Safety contract holder - and Charles Prossor's tier 2 suppliers - Cannon Laundry, Briggs Footwear, Aircheck Services, and Aearo. A Guest logon has been provided which will enable you to browse freely but without being able to insert or change any data.

Transact© security is via Issuer and Employee identity cards together with an associated Personal Identification Number (PIN). Identity cards are based on customer and supplier HR system information

Products and Services are organised using UNSPSC codes or eCl@ss codes for all products or by supplier specific classification where available.
